Un Global Compact

Our signing of the UN Global Compact effectively codifies our ESG efforts in cooperation and building a sustainable society and a better future for all. The UN Global Compact is an initiative of the United Nations (UN) to implement ten principles aligned with the universally accepted Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the areas: human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption.

It is our commitment to embed sustainability in our daily lives in a rapidly transforming
world.

The Global Compact advocates Ten Universal Principles, derived from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Declaration of the International Labour Organization on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the United Nations Convention against Corruption. Organizations that join the Global Compact commit to implementing these principles in their day-to-day operations:

LGBTI+Forum

We have joined the 10 Commitments of the Company for the Promotion of LGBTI+ Rights of the Brazilian Forum of Companies and LGBTI+ Rights. The signing integrates actions developed by Roost in favor of building a more just society for all.

With this move, Roost joins the ranks of major companies committed to building a better society. The team’s diversity and the guarantee of human and labor rights highlight our commitment to compliance with the ESG index, considered in the Social aspect of the acronym, which adds to the sustainability criteria in the mentioned practices.

The Brazilian Forum of Companies and LGBTI+ Rights has developed the 10 Commitments, highlighted below, to guide the practices of each company on the subject and to guide the work of the Forum itself.
